Circle of Care

_Established in 1974, Circle of Care is a community based accredited non profit agency that supports individual independence and sustains and enhances quality of life in the community.  Circle of Care provides a full range of services to support individual independence including: Personal Support, Homemaking, Respite Care, Transportation, Counseling, Diners Clubs, Phone Pals, Kosher Meals on Wheels, Day Program for Seniors with Dementia, Community Hospice, Family Caregiving Programs, and an Older Adults Facing Abuse Program.

The SHRTN Collaborative

_The SHRTN Collaborative is a network of networks - a partnership that includes the Seniors Health Research Transfer Network (SHRTN), the Alzheimer Knowledge Exchange (AKE) and the Ontario Research Coalition (ORC).  These three partners work together to improve the health and health care of seniors in Ontario.
