The Network involves support from partner organizations in an advisory capacity to build the knowledge base of the network, assess with the development of new products and services and the sharing of best practices.
Our Objectives

Our Mission
The mission of the PSNO is to help personal support service professionals carry out their work more effectively by offering access to information, resources and tools as well as providing opportunities to connect with a network of professionals in the field. We want to create an environment to share information and bring issues forward as well as the promotion of best practices and high performance in the workplaces.
Our Guiding Principles The PSNO strives for a recognition of excellence in the field of personal support and is dedicated to improving the overall wellbeing of the workforce, providing appropriate training for the role, fostering solutions for recruitment and retention demands and facilitating access to products and services relative to the field.
Our Vision
To build a strong, cooperative personal support service sector where providers, managers, trainers and employees are equal contributors to strengthening the profession.
